Support Arrangement
Our skilled and experienced support team is the most
strength part of ours. We have certified engineers to
ensure our valued clients after sales service. aamra technologies limited will ensure one year free service
from date of installation, besides that ATL will have
equipments in stock for emergency replacement.
Standard Arrangements:
Please note that this is the standard arrangement and
we customize our support agreements to meet the
specific needs of our clients: 9am-7pm, 6 days a week,
24 hours monitoring system, Response time in Dhaka
City: 2 Hour, Monthly Network status report, ATL will
have adequate equipment in stock for emergency
replacement, Our field engineers will do a routine
site visit and will perform any required services such
a antenna, cables and connectors replacement, 1(One)
year warranty on equipments and free service.
Existing Support Structure:
ATL’s support team has been designed in very
structured way to ensure quality and prompt service.
Equipped with top of line monitoring systems, software
and necessary tools ATL can ensure quality of service.
The support team of ATL has been structured into 3
departments, which are as follows:
i) Round the Clock Monitoring Department (RCMD)
ii) Troubleshoot and Planning Department (TPD)
iii) Implementation Department (ID) |
